02Pre-contract information

Before confirming the order, the consumer acknowledges that the following information has been provided clearly and understandably. Order-specific details (product, quantity, price, delivery address) are also shown in the order summary.

• Identity and contact details of the seller (section i)
• Main characteristics of the product: shown on the product page and in the order summary. For example, the 48-piece Ceramic Care Set consists of a 12-piece ceramic care main box, three 12-piece refill boxes and a complimentary airbrush application device.
• Total price including taxes, any delivery cost and payment methods: shown at the time of order
• Delivery method and time, the right of withdrawal and how to use it, complaint channels: explained on this page

03Parties

Seller: Medikotürk Medikal Kozmetik Gıda ve İthalat İhracat Anonim Şirketi (Mediko Türk), details in section i.

Buyer (consumer): the natural person placing an order in the ixvene.com online shop, whose name, address and contact details appear in the order form.

Pre-orders placed by salons, hairdressers and distributors for commercial purposes are not consumer transactions; they are outside the scope of this contract and subject to a separate agreement.

04Subject of the contract

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of Ixvéne products ordered electronically by the buyer on ixvene.com. The rights and obligations of the parties are determined by Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

05Product, price and payment

• The product name, quantity, characteristics and sale price including taxes are shown in the order summary at the time of order.
• Any delivery cost, and who bears it, is stated before the order is confirmed.
• Payment is made with the methods offered during the order.
• The price shown at the time of order applies to that order.

viDelivery

• The product is delivered by courier to the address given in the order form.
• The delivery time is stated in the order summary and cannot exceed 30 days from receipt of the order by the seller.
• If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract; the amount paid is then refunded within the legal period.
• The buyer is advised to check the parcel on delivery and not to accept a damaged parcel without a report signed by the courier.

viiRight of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. For orders delivered in several parts, the period starts on the day the last item is received.

Notice of withdrawal is given within this period by e-mail to iletisim@ixvene.com or in writing to the seller's address. Sending the notice within the period is sufficient.

viiiExceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Hygiene: cosmetic products (including ceramic care bottles) whose packaging, tape, seal or protective cap has been opened after delivery, as their return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Products prepared according to the buyer's requests or personal needs.

The right of withdrawal can be used for products whose packaging is unopened.

ixReturn process

1. The buyer gives notice of withdrawal.
2. Within 10 days of the notice, the buyer returns the product to the seller with its invoice and all parts.
3. No return cost is charged for returns made with the courier named by the seller in the pre-contract information.
4. Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs, in one instalment and via the buyer's payment method.
5. The buyer is responsible for any loss of value caused by use beyond normal handling of the product.

xDefective products

If the product is defective, the buyer may, under Art. 11 of Law No. 6502, withdraw from the contract, request a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective product. Requests are sent to iletisim@ixvene.com.

xiDispute resolution

This contract is governed by Turkish law. Disputes are handled by the consumer arbitration committee at the buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by the consumer courts above those limits.

xiiEntry into force

By confirming the order, the buyer declares having read this pre-contract information and accepting the terms of the contract. A copy of the contract is sent to the buyer's e-mail address after the order. The seller keeps the contract and order records for the period required by law.
